Report content or a user

1. In a competition, open the menu beside a comment, participant, entry, photo, or competition.
2. Select Report and choose the closest reason.
3. To immediately hide someone's comments, select Block User. Blocked users can be managed later in Account.

Reports are confidential and enter an administrator moderation queue. We aim to review reports within 24 hours, prioritizing credible threats and illegal activity. Moderators may remove content, restrict or close competitions, suspend access, or preserve information when required for safety or law.

If the in-app report control is unavailable, email [email protected]. Include the competition and username, but do not forward unnecessary private information.

Immediate danger: Shot Data Tracker is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or the relevant range authority.

Community standards

Shot Data Tracker has zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable community content. Do not post or upload:

• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, slurs, threats, intimidation, or encouragement of self-harm
• Sexual exploitation, graphic sexual content, or content involving the abuse of minors
• Spam, scams, malicious links, impersonation, or deliberate misinformation intended to harm others
• Instructions, encouragement, or celebration of unlawful or reckless weapon use
• Personal information shared without permission
• Firearm or ammunition sales, purchase arrangements, real-money wagering, or unapproved prize competitions
• Content that infringes copyright or another person's rights

The service is for lawful sport and target-shooting recordkeeping. Follow all applicable laws, range rules, safe-handling practices, and the instructions of qualified professionals. The app does not replace firearm training or range supervision.

Account and data

In the iOS app, open Account to export records, review privacy links, manage blocked users, sign out, or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes server-side account content and that account's local offline queue. Temporary demo accounts can be removed immediately with End & Delete Demo and otherwise expire automatically. If you cannot sign in, contact support.

Weather attribution

Optional weather autofill uses location and forecast data from Open-Meteo. The app explains the data transfer before the first request. Weather information can be delayed or inaccurate; verify conditions independently before making safety decisions.

Response and appeals

For an update on an existing report or to appeal a moderation action, reply to the support correspondence or email the support address with the relevant report context. Do not submit duplicate reports.
